“Where does the money go?”

The Year in Review

  • People in need

When the war began, it quickly became clear that many in Ukraine were ill-prepared. We responded by sending financial aid to those in need, providing vital resources like transportation, food, and warm clothing. This included dozens of people on the move, some of whom have since found safety in Poland. To further our efforts, we have since organized into a not-for-profit and are focusing our attention on our family's small village. It is where we can trust the funds will reach the hands of the people who need it most.

  • Medical supplies

We are a small family organization, and had no clue of what the world of army medical supplies may look like. We learned from listening to the problems of the people on the ground, We quickly learned that standard-issue first aid kits weren’t equipped with quality blood clotting bandages (Celox) or CAT army tourniquets. With the generous donations we received, we were able to purchase these supplies and send them to a village hosting an Army unit. This ensured these essential supplies were received by the field medics.

  • Village warriors

Similar to the pride taken by medieval villages in outfitting their warriors, it is often difficult and costly to acquire high-quality uniforms and equipment. Despite the challenges faced, the Ukrainian government, supported by the international community, is doing an admirable job in the current circumstances. Our organization is committed to providing village soldiers with cotton uniforms, American army boots of superior quality, fleece jackets for warmth, and thermal underwear.

  • Force Majeure

We are grateful for the dedicated team of friends and helpers we have in Ukraine. When an enemy rocket hit our village for the first time, leaving several homes with no roofs or windows, we were the first to be informed. Thanks to the village council, building materials were made available in a timely manner and we were able to assist with the rest. Additionally, we were able to secure generators and solar-powered batteries when the electricity grid was targeted.
